when i installed them i watched the video it came with and it would not pump ( keep in mind ive installed multiple trps before ive had 3 sets myself) the only thing that was good was the shipping but im very disappointed i got a dud break

Excellent brakes and customer service

I purchased a set of these a year ago and ended up having an issue with the rear calliper leaking oil through the bleed port ****. I proceeded to contact customer service and was super impressed with how quickly and respectfully they addressed my issue. I received a new calliper and having worked on many brakes as a bike tech, these are among the easiest to install and get a consistent bleed and bed in. Additionally, the stopping power is a perfect balance between outright power and modulation.
